Hi friends!
Time for another short update about the upcoming album; we’ve been mixing it for the last couple of weeks and we are really happy with how it has turned out. Sonically I must say that this is our best sounding and best sung/played recording so far.
Last week we sent it off to Fascination Street Studios for mastering and I just read an e-mail from Jens saying that he’s begun working on it. Mastering should be done by Monday and we’re stoked to hear how it’s gonna sound!
The album artwork is also pretty much done and it seems like we’re aiming for a September release. Keep checking in though because you never know when we might post a sample or two.
Until next time!
Fredrik
Hello friends! Just wanted to take some time to update you on how we’re doing in the studio.
We’ve just spent a weekend tracking guitarsolos and with that done we’re pretty much ready to start mixing the album. Eleven tracks have been recorded and finished but we’re still not 100% clear about how many of them will actually end up on the album.
We’ll start mixing the album next monday and we’re still aiming for a September release.
Hopefully we’ll have some soundclips for you shortly so keep checking back.
Until next time!

Hi Folks/Friends/Foes. It’s now been a few weeks since we started recording our debut album. The results so far have been above all expectations, but we still have a lot of work to be done. Last week we re-amped the bass and it really got a killer sound thanks to Mr. Mesa Boogie 400+. It was our first recording session with this amp, so we didn’t really know what to expect. Luckily it turned out to sound just the way we wanted it to.
Later today we will start recording the vocals which we are all very excited about.
This week’s Studio Update video will be uploaded a little later then usual due to some camera issues. So please drop by later this week for more exciting updates.

News flash. Check out some of last weeks studio high lights in the viedo clip in this post.
As seen in the video, last week was dedicated to the organ session. As with any other instrument a lot of preparations has to be done in order to get the right sound. After a few hours of testing different microphones and their positions, we got a pretty awesome sound from the leslie speaker. The organ session took a little longer than we hade expected but we’re still ahead of the schedule.
This week we hope to get some guitar solos recorded and maybe even vocals on a track or two.
Stay tuned for more heavy updates!
